What you’ll be doing:

As HR Advisor, your role is pivotal in the support of the employee journey & experience. You’ll join our progressive people team to provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR challenges, acting as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related matters. This role requires a strong level of generalist skills, with the successful candidate comfortable advising on supporting employee relations and partnering with the HR team to drive people transformation.

We are an organisation with huge growth plans so this role will constantly evolve But below are some of the day to day activities you’ll be involved in;

  • Employee Relations: acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries, providing advice and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and retention
  • Performance Management: supporting a performance culture, providing guidance on setting objectives, giving feedback, managing performance issues & assisting managers in developing performance improvement plans
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance: ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records allowing for sound reporting to provide insights to management on workforce trends and issues
  • Benefits Administration: assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies and providing support to employees on benefits-related queries

Some other things that will help you to succeed in this role?

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor/Generalist role
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • You are personable in your approach with proven success in partnering and building strong working relationships with stakeholders & employees
