Our expanding team needs a dynamic National Account Manager to help drive our ambitious goals. Operating from our Banbury Head Office and our cutting-edge Health & Beauty manufacturing site in Redditch, DCS Group is committed to excellence. As a National Account Manager, you will: Develop and execute customer strategies, taking full ownership of customer relationships and driving revenue growth Deliver supplier objectives and negotiate effective Joint Business Plans (JBP) that exceed sales and margin targets Build comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus, tracking ROI on customer investments Provide key insights through EPOS data tracking, competitor analysis, and in-depth customer understanding Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of account initiatives and category growth What we're looking for: You bring an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding commercial awareness and proven results in account management.
