About the role: Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students with challenging behaviours? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Challenging Behaviours to join our vibrant team in Colindale. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping them thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.   • Experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualised behaviour plans.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with challenging behaviours, helping them to manage and overcome difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback and support to help them succeed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
