Support the development and implementation of lesson plans, adapting activities to meet the needs of all students
*Assist in monitoring student progress and providing feedback to help them achieve their learning goals
*Provide targeted support for small groups or 1:1 interventions, particularly for children struggling with mathematics or reading
*The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant, with a passion and willing to support students no matter what they need

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, at HLTA level
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant role are desirable but not essential

Competitive salary based on experience.
*Long-term contract with the option of extending or "as and when"
*Opportunity to work in a school with a strong community presence
** Willing to undertake a DBS through Aspire People or be on the update service
