Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stage 1 based in Lutterworth and surrounding areas.Do you have a passion for building relationships quickly and working in small groups?Are you looking for flexibility?We have some fantastic opportunities across Key Stage 1 in Primary Schools across Lutterworth and surrounding areas, assisting them with covering supply bookings, both in advance (pre-booked) and for last minute sickness cover.Supply roles can offer you a flexible lifestyle where you can choose the days you work, and help to develop experience across a number of different schools, classes and year groups.The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant, with a passion and willing to support students no matter what they need.Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning (or ratio equivalent.)
  • Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs, particularly in Key Stage 1
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with the student, staff, and parents
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant role are desirable but not essential
