Role: Legal Counsel (Real Estate) Location: Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Our Legal Team is growing, and we are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Legal Counsel (with a Real Estate focus). In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of both the legal department and the broader organisation. Initially, your primary focus will be providing expert legal advice and support on real estate matters, with the scope to expand into other areas as you become an integral part of the team.
Collaborate across departments to gather instructions and provide legal input
Contribute to broader commercial, litigation, and corporate legal matters
Assist with data protection queries, working closely with the external Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Oversee and manage external legal counsel when required
A commercial mindset with the ability to understand business objectives and align legal advice accordingly.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of legal issues, manage competing priorities, and work under pressure.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work well within a dynamic, fast-paced legal team.
