To provide client services support in a friendly, professional, and timely way.
To cleanse ZOHO data (Accounts Specifically, address, contacts, numbers etc)
To call clients who provide Pay Check with a survey score of 9 or above to enquire whether
To perform data entry tasks (i.e. manual data changes addresses/tax codes on BP or into
import formats, also, depending on the time frame for this, plugging furlough data into our
Ad Hoc Tasks. To support with any ad hoc tasks as advised at the time by the Head of Client
Services.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
– Confident using Microsoft Office applications especially, Word, Office and Excel. a requirement to use Microsoft Access at a very basic level.

– Data focused, with the ability to maintain focus through repetitive project tasks
