Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Contract Tenure: Full-time, permanent

**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 pa, dependent on qualifications and previous experience

We are a small but close-knit team of professionals who aspire to excel and help each other grow. As a result of increased business, we are in need of a dedicated Client Services Executive to ensure we continue to offer a first-class service to our clients.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Building relationships with current clients and ensuring their experience within the firm is first class
- Maintain that all advisers are meeting with their clients in line with the clients’ own specific needs
- Understanding what each client needs from reviews and ensuring the advisers are briefed ahead of the meetings
- Preparing meeting packs in advance of all meetings
- Generating client meeting reports
- Maintaining accurate, concise, and sufficient records on CRM systems and ensuring they are fully updated when appropriate
- Handling sensitive data in accordance with data protection legislation and company policies
- Operating and maintaining effective systems, processes, and procedures
- Effectively managing adviser’s meetings and scheduling meetings appropriately
- Joining advisers in their meetings with clients via video call, telephone or face to face, as required, to take notes and get a better understanding of the clients’ needs
- Dealing with client queries
- Assisting with ad-hoc office duties as required
- Administration of client data supporting all areas of back office support
- Learning and having a good understanding of various financial products, products offered by St. James's Place and the advice process

All training and support will be provided; there is an extensive range of courses available to develop your skills and knowledge.

Previous Experience

Essential: Previous experience within a financial advisory firm

Previous experience working within a client services role

**Qualifications**:
Preferred Skills and Characteristics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent understanding of CRM systems
- Excellent written literacy
- Organised, proactive and observant
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good use of initiative and ability to self-motivate
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Good numeracy skills
- A good understanding of financial products
