The Lincolnshire Adult Community Mental Health Transformation Team are delighted to invite you to join us for our upcoming Adult Community Mental Health Transformation Webinar Series.

Running between November 2023 – May 2024, the series is designed to empower health professionals, and mental health advocates, with the knowledge and tools they need to be part of the paradigm shift in the world of mental health care.

Central to our journey and the heart of our discussions is the person. We will emphasise the importance of placing individuals at the centre of care, tailoring support to their unique needs, and ensuring their voices are heard.

After the presentation you will have the opportunity to engage in a live Q&A session with our speakers and wider expert panel.
