Reporting to: Head of Finance  

Join Glebe Farm Foods as a Finance Business Partner, reporting to the Head of Finance and collaborating closely with our Sales team. Based at our site in Huntingdon, you'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing commercial and financial reports, as well as providing analytical support during month-end processes. Dive deep into the details and gain hands-on experience in translating finance into operational reality. Exceptional Excel skills are required for this role, along with a deep technical understanding of manufacturing industry processes.
 
We are an independent business led by brother and sister team, Philip and Rebecca Rayner on our family farm, north of Huntingdon, in Cambridgeshire. At Glebe Farm Foods, oats are more than just a crop - they are our obsession, our passion, and our way of life. Advance the full integration of ERP and Excel modelling for analytics and reporting 
Have comprehensive understanding of financials within the business and provide rapid response to requests from management and facilitate dynamic decision making 
Development of forecasting tools to support senior management team in strategic planning and finance provision 
 
In addition, playing a pivotal role in the monthly financial cycle by assisting the Financial Controller in the production of: 
Monthly management accounts 
Payroll 
 
ACCA/ACA qualified or working towards qualification 
Excellent system skills including Excel modelling
Experience of financial management within manufacturing or food processing
