Assist CFO and accountants in production of management accounts
Office
Manage and oversee all administrative tasks in the office
Assist with document control for projects
Keep work management toolup to date and facilitate training
Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems,policies, and procedures
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsfor management team
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including arranging trainingand assisting with performance evaluations
Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Acting as first contact for outsourced HR and Accounts teams
