We are recruiting for our client in Salisbury, as a preferred supplier, a professional services firm who have various offices across the south coast. They have a new role due to a promotion in the firm for a Receptionist Administrator to join the front of house team working with another Receptionist and Office Assistant. The role is permanent Monday to Friday and full time. The role is varied and

involves meeting and greeting clients, co-ordinating requests for meeting rooms, answering calls on a busy switchboard and a variety of other administrative tasks relating to a very busy professional office environment.

The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent teamwork. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a receptionist. The ability to drive is desirable. Candidates must be well presented, possess excellent communication and keyboard skills, and be organised andpro-active in their approach.
