An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join us as a People Partner, focusing on project work. In this role you’d be expected to work with leadership teams from across the business to understand our people, and design and deliver initiatives to build engagement, drive performance, and address any challenge areas. Partner with local leadership teams to understand the needs of the business and our people.
~Take responsibility for the ideation, design, develop and implement of a variety of People project and initiatives.
~Interpret people data (such as equal opportunities, sickness, absence, and exit interview), highlighting strong elements for maintenance and areas for improvement, then proposing solutions.
~Support the Head of People in building and delivering the wider people agenda.
This role can be based at either our Bristol, Glasgow, Manchester, London or Leeds Office.
A strong People Partner with experience working within a similar role in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (ideally CIPD qualified).
~Considerable experience of taking ownership for managing large-scale change projects (ideally globally).
~Highly creative, with the ability to generate ideas for engaging and impactful initiatives (from scratch) and see these through to implementation.
