We are looking for hard working Career Specials who want to make a difference across the communities of Cheshire.
Student Special Constables who are operational but are not yet independent and would like to move across and continue working on a Personal Development Plan in Cheshire to achieve independent patrol status
Special Sergeants who would like to transfer across retaining their rank and would be allocated one of nine local policing units: Rural Crime Special Constables who would like to transfer across into our integrated and highly skilled Rural Crime Team based out of Macclesfield, Congleton or Dragon Hall (Chester)
Regular continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure your skills are kept fresh, topped up and current
Access to required technology to be able to confidently and proactively police our communities
Opportunities to grow and develop whether that is in your role achieving new skills like enhanced search certification, into a rank position to grow and develop others or laterally across to a specialist team like Rural Crime or Roads Crime
