Special Constables are volunteer police officers and have been around for over 190 years after being formed in 1831 Special Constables come from all walks of life, we currently have: teacher, taxi drivers, accountants and secretaries all working for the Special Constabulary.

Invest in training to equip you with law, process and policy
Get the opportunity to be involved in a variety of policing needs from response, neighbourhood and local/ national events.
