The Role: As a Telesales / Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and driving sales growth within an existing customer base. Your main duties will include:

  1. 1⃣ Outbound sales and email communications to increase sales revenue.
  2. 2⃣ Handling incoming sales calls and answering customer queries.
  3. 3⃣ Inputting sales orders from existing customers.
  4. 4⃣ Providing timely and effective customer service support.
  5. 5⃣ Promoting daily deals and introducing new products during sales calls.

Attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication skills. Knowledge and Experience: Previous experience in telephone sales. Customer service experience. Personal Qualities: Self-motivated.
