Support Business Manager

Experience in maintaining databases and experience in working with figures is advantageous. A positive and customer focused attitude is essential, as is an understanding of staff motivation and support.
It is preferred that the candidate has previous experience as a Business Support Officer
* Able to multi-task and demonstrate a flexible approach to workload management to ensure various administrative tasks are completed in order of priority
* Confident with IT applications such as MS Word and MS Excel
* Able to learn and utilise different databases
* Provide high quality, consistent, efficient and effective support services within agreed timescales
* Support various operational and business management teams
* Provide minute-taking support to various service areas (desirable but training can be provided)
* Support diary management, including planning and facilitating meetings and events
* Deliver support services that ensure high customer satisfaction
* Work effectively as a member of the Business Support Team and collaborate with colleagues where required
Co-ordinate and supervise the day-to-day admin support provision.
