Oncology/Haematology Pharmacist - NHS Hospital - Band 7/8a - Central London
We are searching for an experienced Oncology/Haematology Pharmacist. We are looking for a fantastic Oncology Pharmacist to work with a large NHS Hospital service located in a great location in Central London Job Title: Band 7/8a Oncology/Haematology Pharmacist - Locum
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.00pm (30 mins lunch), but part time working days may also be considered
* 00 per hour (depending on skill set and prior experience) via Umbrella.
* Previous Hospital experienced is a requirement for this role - you will need to come in and hit the ground running here, but Oncology training can be provided to those without previous Oncology experience.
* Check off orders for Oncology drugs
* Verifying Oncology prescriptions
* Releasing Oncology prescriptions
* Check the correct Oncology drugs have been dispensed
* Medicines reconciliation and drug chat screening possibly involved too
* Some screening in the dispensary, inpatients and outpatients (mininal)
* On site requirement - this role cannot be done remotely
Strong hospital pharmacy experience (prior oncology experience ideal)
