Description

Manage the processing of payroll for over 2000 employees.
Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of wages, benefits and deductions.
Handle queries related to payroll from both staff and external bodies.
Compile and maintain up-to-date payroll documents and records.
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.
Stay up-to-date with regulations and legislation affecting payroll.
Perform reconciliation of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare reports on payroll information as required.Profile

A successful Interim Payroll Specialist should have:

Previous experience working within a payroll function.
Strong numerical and data entry skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in payroll software.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and requirements.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and external bodies.Job Offer
