Head of Compliance - Lead the Future of Food Safety at Pret Are you a compliance leader who lives and breathes food safety, brand integrity, and operational excellence? We are working exclusively with Pret who are looking for a Head of Compliance to safeguard its brand, ensure its global standards are met, and lead a high-performing team across equity shops and franchise partners. You'll be the guardian of Pret's food compliance systems — from specification management to franchise partner oversight — ensuring our customers get the trusted, delicious Pret experience every time. You'll shape policies, embed best practice, and drive continuous improvement across the business, all while supporting Pret's global expansion and transformation initiatives.
