Encouraging viewings to generate personal sales.
Taking and promoting offers, verifying buyers' ability to purchase, and checking chain information to provide referrals to mortgage and conveyancing partners.
Ensuring sales files contain all detailed information for the Sales Progressor at the point of handover.
Monitoring progress of sales in relation to personal and office monthly targets.
Seeking fresh and continued business opportunities.
Looking for a consummate deal maker who can see success both immediately and in the long term. The telephone is the prime selling tool, and a fondness for this essential aid is crucial.

Compensation:
Basic salary initially £18,000, rising as performance and skill level increase.
