Training and Development:
You will receive personalized training on how to assess and list properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encouraging property viewings to generate personal sales.
  • Managing and promoting offers, verifying buyers' purchasing capabilities, and ensuring accurate chain information, while providing referrals to designated Mortgage and Conveyancing partners.
  • Ensuring that sales files are comprehensive and meet the requirements for a smooth handover to the Sales Progressor.
  • Monitoring the progress of sales in relation to your personal and office monthly targets.
  • Identifying new and ongoing business opportunities.

Personal Attributes:
You should maintain a positive outlook towards all business aspects and possess the drive to achieve long-term objectives, aiming to be the leading agency in the area while motivating your colleagues to contribute to this goal.

Sales Approach:
The telephone will be your primary tool for sales, and a strong affinity for this essential communication method is crucial.

Compensation:
The initial basic salary is set at £18,000, with potential increases as your performance and skills develop.
On-target earnings: Initially projected between £25,000 - £30,000, with the possibility of rising to £35,000 as you become fully operational.
