We are a well-established UK supplier of medical devices, dedicated to providing high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

We are currently hiring a motivated individual to join our team, with a role that involves working 50% from our office, 50% from your home office, and spending time with customers in the field alongside our salesforce

We are expanding our team and searching for a Product Manager to help shape our approach to engaging healthcare professionals and patients.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Analyze market data to provide actionable insights for product development.
Product Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into innovative product concepts. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement upstream marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral and support marketing campaign strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, clinical teams, regulatory affairs, R&D, digital, and other departments to ensure product success. 3-5 Years experience in product management roles in the medical device and or appliance markets
~ A Degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Science, Marketing or Business.
~ Proven experience in defining value propositions and managing stage-gated product development processes.
~ Demonstrated ability to creatively and pragmatically convert product and customer feedback into valuable insights for the development of effective marketing programs.
~ Excellent advocacy and persuasive abilities, adept at collaborating with local market and sales teams, influencing stakeholders, and building extensive Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks.


Experience in medical device/solutions sales or clinical consulting is a significant asset.
Clinical background in operating rooms or hospital/GP practice settings is preferred.
Knowledge of renal conditions, dialysis, and stoma care would offer a distinct advantage.
