UK role based primarily in the North West of England (3 days per week)
Our retained client has a world-wide patent on a Panelised Structural Building solution for the construction of houses but capable of building to 5 storeys for mass accommodation applications (medium rise social housing, student accommodation, hotels etc.). In addition, they have developed a retrofit solution that brings social housing up to superb standards - low carbon, low waste, mass customisation. Whilst the new build solution is new and at the start of its journey to mass adoption, it has been proven in thousands of home extensions over the years being produced in volume in their large factory.
You will be taking on a wide-ranging management role, in a relatively new business, with the full support and backing of a successful £(phone number removed) business.
Your main responsibilities will include strong commercial negotiations and building mutually profitable long-term relationships with a select few National House Builders. You will have strong relationships with National House Builders, understanding how houses are built and the commercial drivers that effect and influence who House Builders work with when they employ MMC methods of construction.
