We are a boutique recruitment company that is growing at a very rapid pace in a fascinating and challenging niche sector looking for a Marketing Specialist on part time basis
We are growing very rapidly and now need a talented and creative person to take the lead on some of our key marketing activities, reporting to our Marketing Director.
We seek someone who can take the initiative and get to know and love our brand, core values, and the membership sector quickly and help deliver excellence in all of the projects they are assigned to.
We would love to hear from you if you enjoy the creative side of marketing but are always mindful of the ultimate goal which is conversions. You will be given autonomy and be allowed to express yourself and help take us to the next level in terms of how we are perceived.
The next step for us is to take the brand global and it’s a really exciting and challenging time to get involved.
We have built the business always with the needs of our employees to have flexibility in their lives at the forefront of our minds. We would like to find an arrangement with someone that would allow them to also cater for the needs of their family or possibly other work commitments. We are seeking a regular pattern of work but are open to how that would work in conjunction with the needs of the business.
The Role of Marketing Specialist
This is a hands-on role which will help us further build in-house marketing function that can help us achieve the next level of an already impressive growth trajectory.
Strategic Marketing Analysis and Development.
Campaign Design and Enhancement.
Proficient in Marketing Automation with extensive HubSpot expertise.
B2B Lead Generation Strategy and Programmes, particularly in the membership sector.
Comprehensive Digital Strategy, involving the creation and optimisation of digital assets using tools like Canva Pro.
Social Media Oversight - includes crafting engaging content, designing graphics, and analysing competitor metrics to boost engagement.
Brand Stewardship.
Creating Compelling Copy - covering branded articles, blogs, and digital materials.
Skilled in innovatively updating LinkedIn pages, particularly the 'What We Do' section, while maintaining brand consistency.
Proficient in producing videos from the ground up utilising a range of tools, including Adobe and Canva.
Main Activities include:
Create the LinkedIn What We Do page from scratch, infusing it with innovative, fresh, and on-brand messaging that resonates within the sector, incorporating various media such as video.
Develop captivating copy and digital assets aimed at boosting crucial metrics like engagement.
Execute communication campaigns designed to generate leads and achieve tangible results.
Produce social media copy, graphics, and visuals to bolster key performance indicators.
Create Hubspot automation including forms & landing pages, whilst analysing metrics to optimise
The Person
Demonstrated success in generating leads and achieving results in marketing or commercial roles. Proficient in marketing strategies, automated communication systems, and digital marketing techniques.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Skilled in creating compelling, brand-consistent copy.
Adept at identifying gaps and opportunities, with the strategic insight to devise effective plans.
A solid understanding of niche recruitment and the essential elements of the membership sector. Graduate level education or equivalent
