SPG Resourcing have been engaged by a leading, global insurance business to hire them a Lead Business Analyst to build and drive a high performing team.
Position: Lead Business Analyst
Leeds (mainly remote)
I'm seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join my clients team and drive forward their Data Transformation Programme they are embarking upon. As the Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to drive key business decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and priorities.
Utilise advanced analytical techniques to uncover insights and trends that will drive business growth and optimization.
Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the business analyst team.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
Excellent people management and team building skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience working in Agile or similar project management methodologies is a plus.
