Position: Assistant Project Manager Location: Horsham Office/ Surrey Based Sites Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and address any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in managing project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
