The restaurant holds a prestigious 3AA rosette rating, renowned for exceptional cuisine and an inviting atmosphere. Role Overview: Smyth & Co are seeking a talented Sous Chef with fine dining experience to assist the Head Chef in crafting exquisite dishes. Closed Sundays, our kitchen thrives on creativity and precision. Requirements: Fine dining experience, preferably at a 3AA rosette level.

Passion for French Mediterranean cuisine and attention to detail.

Leadership skills to inspire and mentor our kitchen team.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications: Michelin-starred restaurant experience.
