We are looking for an Electrical Estimator to join our client at an exciting growth phase. Key Responsibilities

  • Analysing drawings and prepare and maintain cost estimates for review and tender submission.
  • Coordinate within the Design, Commercial and Engineering teams in preparation for tender review and sign off.
  • Able to produce own take offs
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Happy to attend all mid and post tender meetings
  • Liaising with current and new clients
  • Updating tender documents via companies system
  • To be involved with the complete cycle of the tender process
Qualifications
  • Experience tendering projects up to £5M
  • Commercial experience required
  • Must have previous experience within Electrical sector
  • Would be ideal if you had Data experience
Skills & Knowledge
  • Must have good communication and relationship building skills in order to successfully build rapport with clients and within the supply chain.
  • Attention to detail is vital as you'll be expected to identify engineering solutions to ensure bids remain competitive and profitable.
  • Able to organize and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Ability to carry out logical problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
Salary: * £45,000 to £60,000 Our Client * Are a well-established Mechanical, Electrical & Data Engineering Contractor who specialise in quality and innovative projects within the build environment that has helped shape the city skyline over the last 10 Years.
