Paid Media Director - Independent Agency London
This agency have built a reputation as a go-to company for full-service capabilities over the past decade.
As their Paid Media Director , you'll lead a team of 4 and be responsible for leading pitches, as well as driving the overall direction and strategy of their paid media efforts. Devising integrated paid media strategies for clients
Oversee and contribute to the delivery of client paid campaigns to ensure best practice, innovation and excellence are displayed across all activities – inclusive of strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting.
Client relationship development: day-to-day presence where required, while building productive relationships with senior clients, unlocking new commercial opportunities for the agency.
Working closely with the Strategy & Performance team to provide holistic cross-channel strategies
Autonomously leading paid media new business (RFI, RFP and pitches)
Help in the development of the agency products and services
Be an example to follow for the more junior members of the team, leading by example and helping develop their skills, and the wider Paid Media department.
