Sales Support Executive
Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a small busy team of ambitious and service driven professionals, responsible for supporting the sales team whilst maintaining strong client relationships.

You can expect:
•Salary: up to £30k per annum, depending on experience
•Commission structure available after completion of probationary period
•Ongoing growth opportunities
•Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday (30minutes for lunch)
•Training programme
•Office based with a great team culture and a strong family spirit

What you will be doing:
•Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues effectively
•Offering support to external/internal sales reps with quoting and administration
•Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships
•Customer interaction with proactive quotation follow-ups and order processing
•Working with the sales team, in pipeline management, to ensure all opportunities are being followed through
•Some responsibility will involve taking in-bound calls/enquiries and actioning as necessary

What we are looking for:
•Prior administration experience within a sales environment would be highly beneficial
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within the sales team
•Ability to work within a small but driven team
•Experience of working with ERP systems and CRM sales tools
