Sales Consultant

My client has a fantastic brand within the leisure industry which has been built over the past 30 years of trading. The business is still run by the founder and has a real family feel to the whole environment whether you are an employee or a customer. Due to growth, they need a sales consultant to join their team, be customer facing and have a consultative approach to really listen to customers, gather their requirements and really understand what is most important to them in their purchase which is rather a substantial financial investment. This role has a realistic OTE of 63K, the workings of this will be explained by Emma when you chat with her. The commission is uncapped, and it is essential that you have a driving licence.
The consultant will develop relationships and secure customer sales whilst:
- Scheduling appointments and conducting virtual and in-person meetings and presentations of products
- Manage your pipeline of qualified prospects
- Meet sales targets
- Contributing positively to the and brand image of their Sales team.
This role will suit a passionate and driven individual who is excited by earning commission and providing a great service.
