  • Customer Engagement: Provide presales support to customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of products and solutions, staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams, providing insights and support to drive revenue growth.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of offerings.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in presales or related roles
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: Sound technical knowledge, particularly in cyber security.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and find innovative solutions.
