This independent group is a leading healthcare provider in Southampton who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join their dynamic team.

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy in Southampton. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate pharmacist to take the next step in their career.

Key Duties

Manage and lead a team of pharmacy professionals, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflows, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Maintain a high level of customer service, providing advice, and building strong relationships with patients.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and safety of pharmaceutical services.
Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Package and Benefits

£26 per hour
Working hours of Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
Ideally work Saturday morning (9am-1pm)
5 weeks holiday per annum including bank holidays
Bonus scheme available

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Own a right to work in the UK.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
