Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to be working in partnership with ITPS to provide them with their next IT Support apprentice. Based in the north-east ITPS are a leading provider of ITC consultancy, Solutions and support to national and international organisations. ITPS partner with some of the industry’s leading vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, Lenovo and many more

Due to a continued period of growth ITPS are looking for a passionate IT apprentice to join their team of experts

Roles and Responsibilities (Will include but not limited to):
  • Providing 1 st line support to all ITPS customers
  • Monitoring and resolving IT issues that arise
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Providing face to face and remote IT support
  • Escalate issues to line managers in line with company polices and procedures
  • Completing Data backups
  • Production of daily reports for customers
  • Completing data restore request from customers
  • Monitoring Network and server infrastructure
Full training to be provided by Baltic Apprenticeships and ITPS.

Desired qualities, skills and knowledge:
  • Passion for IT
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Happy to answer incoming customer call
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Can work under pressure and towards targets
  • Bubbly personality
  • Enthusiastic
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of IT
  • Minimum grading of C/4 or above in Math's and English.

Salary Hours and Benefits:
  • £18,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Free car parking

  • Excellent opportunities to move onto Level 4
  • Great transportation links
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program. You, along with your employer, may decide to progress into a full-time position with the business or progress onto a Level 4 Apprenticeship.
