Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the energy industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence. Our client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to own, operate, and grow their paid media efforts on all fronts. This is a critical role within their business, ideal for someone with a passion for data, a knack for paid bidding strategies, and a desire to see the results of their work in a thriving company.

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and paid social.
- Develop and execute PPC and paid social strategies to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and report on performance and ROI to director level.
- Collaborate with sales and other digital marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collect, manipulate, and present data using tools such as LookerStudio.

3+ years of Google PPC account strategy experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level competency in data collection and manipulation.

With a budget of 5 figure monthly paid ads and PPC, and a total of £1 million a year across both PPC and paid social, our client offers the resources needed to make a significant impact. Note: This role is in-person with some flexibility for home working, ideally 4 days a week in the office, which may move to 3 days.
