Senior Engineer, Quality

SDUK's brands include the Nations favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy free products. Shift Pattern: 4x4 working days and nights. This additional headcount will be supporting our prepack 1 facility (totaling 3 packing lines) in the packaging of our Cathedral City cheese and private label products.
Developing & maintaining an integrated cheese packing operation to agreed health and safety, quality, engineering and technical standards in line with the companys Manufacturing Performance System (MPS).
Optimising line performance to meet and exceed Key performance indicators in the areas of equipment reliability and efficiency.
Ensuring appropriate information is captured on plant performance, maintenance activities to drive a predictive approach to tasks and to prevent equipment failures.
An electrically biased strong multi-skilled engineering background.
The ability to carry out fault finding of PLC, 3PH and 24v systems.
The ability to use CMMS and interpret data to increase plant efficiency and identify top loss.
