Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Head of Business Development at captainofmyship. The person will be responsible for building a business, managing its operations to help thmeslves and other individuals unlock their full potential and become the captain of their own lives.

Must Have Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Five or more years of professional experience (not open to students or recent graduates)
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and development
  • Proven track record of achieving results and a solid work ethic
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Expertise in managing and organising a variety of digital assets, including documents, media, and files

Good to Have Qualifications

The ideal candidate may possess:

  • Experience in B2B, B2C marketing and sales
  • Background in personal development, coaching and leadership with the ability to inspire and cultivate strong teams.
