* As an Account Manager you ask the right questions and you know how to build a rapport with your prospects and customers
* A new Sales Manager has been bought in to push this business to the next level, to put in KPIs, to train and develop you, he has already identified that this isn't a hard sell, this is a product that sells itself, but if you aren't on the phone then that's not going to happen.

You can expect a salary of £27-35k, but that's just the beginning - If you want to see the reward as a bonus in your pay packet, that's a reality here too, you could be looking at an extra 25-30% if you can keep in touch and build strong business relationships (and that's not capped)
