Program Manager, Data Center Environmental, Health, and Safety
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

~ Credentials from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or equivalent agencies.
Experience communicating with Federal, State and Local Authorities regarding EHS issues.
Experience in working within a data center or electrical safety industry.
Ability to coach, influence and advise local employees to achieve positive EHS outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs including management system implementation, environmental compliance programs and global oversight. You will play a critical part in ensuring all EHS issues are identified and addressed by working collaboratively with a cross-functional team of Google Data Center (GDC) departments and contractors to protect Google’s interests. Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for construction oversight and data collection up until Operational/Facility Ready (FR) delivery.
Monitor and track program performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
Identify and evaluate operational EHS risks, assessing the impact to the business.
