Workshop engineer required. My client is waste management company looking to hire an experienced engineer to service and maintain their fleet of waste management vehicles. The ideal candidate will have HGV service and maintenance qualifications. Also, strong knowledge of using diagnostic testing systems including Texa and Jaltest. The role is workshop based. Workshop Engineer
Inspect, service and maintain their fleet of waste management vehicles.
Make sure all service and maintenance reports are up to date.
Make sure all vehicles and workshop are left tidy and clean.
Undertake any training that is required.
Workshop Engineer
Previous experience as a mechanical fitter or technician
Previous experience in HGV maintenance and servicing.
Competent in using workshop equipment correctly and safely.
City and Guilds level 3 qualification in heavy vehicle and maintenance repair.
Class 1 HGV licence would be beneficial.
Workshop Engineer
Overtime available.
40 hours per week. (28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
