The primary purpose of the job is to provide paternity cover for the current Head of Investments and Treasury and to support the Chief Investment Officer in the management of the Treasury Department. The primary responsibilities will be Treasury and Capital related managing two senior direct reports.

Overview
Key duties (including, but not limited to):
To oversee the groups Treasury activities including funding and cash management
To monitor entity and group liquidity and oversee required transactions, including drawings/repayments of the revolving credit facility
To lead on recommendation and implementation of amendments to all debt structures (RCF, LOC, subordinated debt) working with banks, legal teams (external and internal), boards and senior stakeholders
To oversee and ensure all entities and Group are adequately capitalised recommending capital transactions as required, including dividends and capital injections
To support the CIO by feeding into the development of a robust, regular capital reporting framework
To ensure all capital related analysis and reporting to Executive Committee, Capital Committee, Boards and parent company are of a high standard and delivered in a timely fashion
Job holder will also be expected to develop close interaction with a number of other parties
Qualifications required:
~ ACA (or equivalent) with an excellent understanding treasury products and accounting

Experience required:
Proven track record in leading treasury and capital management teams
Knowledge of the insurance industry and Lloyd's of London highly desirable
Advanced excel and PowerPoint
Confident in dealing with senior executives and Management
