Sales Management: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets at budgeted margins. Manage the sales funnel and ensure financial success through accurate reporting and forecasting.
Customer Engagement: Maximise product specification and sales. Provide excellent sales and technical support to both existing and new customers to meet annual sales goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage your team to maximise sales, utilising other resources as required.
Manage sales, technical, tender, and specification-related issues directly with customers to maximise opportunities.
Opportunity Management: Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with constructors, architects, specifiers, engineers, and end clients.
Organise and attend exhibitions and events as agreed with senior management.
Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management.Proven experience in sales management within relevant markets

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management
