Project Administrator
Key Responsibilities include:
Project Document Control – lead role in the control of all project incoming & outgoing documents (client / internal / suppliers), document status reporting and DMS recording. Cost To Completes (CTC) – preparation of CTC for engineer completion – monitoring CTC consumables, project invoicing, original budgeted allowances. Logistics – supporting import/export shipping, liaising with transport companies for shipments. Goods and Quality Control support – equipment returns, delivery note generation and recording shipments. Travel support/logistics. General Project support to PM /Engineers as necessary to aid project delivery. Year-end figures – Interaction with company financial staff to provide project account data. Ensure full compliance with the Company’s QA standards in all relevant reporting, documentation, record keeping and procedures relevant to your role. Project Document Control of all incoming/outgoing documents e.g. client/internal/suppliers), document status reporting/DMS recording.
