The Role We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join us at the ground floor and shape the future of how immigration works. You’ll lead the technical vision — designing, developing, and scaling the platform that will power thousands of successful visa journeys. You’ll work directly with the co-founders to make key product and architectural decisions, move fast from idea to execution, and build an exceptional user experience rooted in empathy, speed, and precision. This is not a regular engineering role — it’s a chance to build a product that changes lives while owning meaningful equity in a company that’s growing fast.
