About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.   • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA within a primary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • Lead small group interventions to support students' academic progress.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.
