As the Web / Digital Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with client services teams, serving as a digital specialist to foster excellent working relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will be managing concurrent projects and application builds, providing leadership and direction from project inception through to implementation.

Your expertise will encompass agile project management, web development, technology stacks, and UX.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of impactful digital assets for customers, including sales enablement tools, immersive educational experiences, and marketing content.
  • Assist in the development of digital strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Advocate for new and innovative technologies, solutions, and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment and processes across all customer digital experiences.
  • Produce and communicate user journeys, wireframes, technical specifications and oversee development of new product features, while optimising UX, to meet customer goals.
  • Ensure data capture and campaign reports technically align with customers reporting tools and that data provides insights that report on customer goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure thorough testing, documentation, backup resiliency and version control across projects.
  • Communicate project updates, progression, and profitability.
  • Organise and lead the digital team and resource planning meetings to address highlighted issues/changes through daily standups, in conjunction the central services team.
  • Collaborate with the central services team to maintain digital systems' uptime and functionality and ensure IT compliance, including information security policies adherence, data privacy, risk assessments and audits.
  • Empower teams to upskill in digital through ongoing learning initiatives.

This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple projects, collaborating effectively with diverse teams, and driving digital initiatives to meet customer objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration) preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience or understanding of any of the following technologies: Adobe Experience Cloud or similar, Articulate Storyline, Unity (WebGL), AWS, Matamo, Google Analytics, Learning Management Systems, xCode/iOS development.
  • Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of web development, technology, and UX principles.
  • Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
