Provide mentorship to other team members, including the provision of annual reviews and development plans
Support product approval, software integration and project delivery
Design and development at component/PCB/enclosure level with integration of COTS based hardware products/systems with custom application software, including tools and processes within the business.
Degree or equivalent experience in electronics/electrical engineering
C&G Requirements for Electrical installations (16th or 17th edition)
Analogue and digital circuit design
Proficient with designing for EMC compliance with sound knowledge of EMC testing
Experience working in a railway system engineering environment
Understanding of digital hardware and firmware
Experience of housekeeping with Intel processors
Working knowledge of embedded software and operating systems
