Main Duties:

- Lead andsupport the implementation of all related marketing and businessdevelopment activities for a number of fee-earning teams.
-Support the creation and implementation business development annualstrategies and activities.
- Be the key BD contact for thefee-earning teams, to immerse yourself in their marketrequirements.
- Support the implementation of all relatedmarketing and business development activities.
- Support head ofbusiness development & events to implement strategy in line with firmand departmental business strategies and action plans.
- Buildand maintain relevant relationships across the business.
-Support and implementation of the X and LinkedIn strategies across thefirm accounts.
- Responsible for editing and maintaining contentfor website across the firm, including preparing content andsupporting fee-earning colleagues with content.
- Responsiblefor creating, editing and maintaining content for social media acrossthe firm, including preparing content and supporting fee-earningcolleagues with content.
- Engage with the planning andfacilitation of media content recording and creation.
- Overseethe integrated media content campaigns.
- Strategically advise oncontent and tone during tender creation.
- Implement the Chanceof Success Score process during the tender assessment stage.
-Lead the BD support for fee-earning teams with responses to tenderincluding content creation and pitch rehearsal.
- Support andencourage creation and management of central tender resources.
-Researching tender opportunities within suitable markets for relevantfee-earning teams.

Skills Required:

- Excellentcommunication and organisational skills.
- Experience of usingsocial media platforms, X and LinkedIn.
- Time Management -experience of managing multiple projects/tasks/prioritisation.
-Attention to detail.
- Proactivity.
- Team working.
-Able to take instruction and work on initiative.
- Good ITliteracy, including an intermediate to advanced knowledge of MicrosoftExcel, and a working knowledge of Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Excel andPowerPoint with the ability to produce presentations, spreadsheets,documents etc.
- Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud is desirablenot essential.
- Experience of Zoom and MS Teams desirable.
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- A desire andwillingness to learn new systems and technologies when introduced bythe firm.
