Frazer Jones are partnering with a leading Insurance organization who are seeking an ER Specialist keen on joining a dynamic team focused on employee well-being.

This full-time permanent position, based in either London, offers the chance to manage various formal and informal ER processes, including disciplinary and grievance investigations, restructuring, and performance management.

The successful candidate will ensure consistent and efficient policy application while advising on ER implications during organizational changes, thereby becoming an active ER partner to the business.

Ideal candidates for this role possess extensive ER experience, particularly in handling complex issues like disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies. Strong relationship management skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, are essential, along with a sound understanding of employment legislation and ACAS codes of practice. Previous experience in professional services and professional qualifications such as CIPD or equivalent are preferred, showcasing readiness for the demands of the role.
